Went up to Minnesota last week.  On the way we stopped in Sioux Falls South Dakota and went to the butterfly house there, as if we didn’t have enough here.    They had some really beautiful and different ones there, tropical varieties.  This shot is of a pair of Blue Morpho from South America.  When one would be sitting another would fly in and nudge under it and move it off.  Was funny to watch.  It was also about the only way you could see them with their wings open because they would rarely sit still and when they did their wings were closed like the one above.  The blue was so pretty and iridescent looking.   He’s a bit blurred because he was moving in on the other.
